Animal Photography
At the moment I'm looking at animal photography which is hard to get right (speaking from experience) in that you can't position or manipulate them. Just Google searching 'animal photography' brings up quite a few awesome images. Just thought I would put a few up to give an example of the work out there.

It is a great site for something a bit different and off the beaten track, really well set up. This is the photo of the banner at the top of Allanahhh's blog but there is heaps more on poets, photographers and other blogs.

These are mainly stock images that would be used for photo-manipulation but just looking at the detail of the images and the quality of the shots can help you get an idea of what you should look for in you own pictures

Phew! Blogging is tricky. I'm just in the process of design and fixing my blog, maybe with pictures of my own for a background (I'm a proud amateur photographer) and getting my scribbles on to the computer.
I hope to get some really great images from deviant art the website to show some examples of the crazy things some experts can do with photoshop. Honestly, some things you find are a m a z i n g.
